This zesty sweet lime iced espresso recipe is perfect for a hot summer’s day! It’s very easy, only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and all you need is a tall glass.
METHOD:
Cut 2 limes into small pieces.
Mix the lime with the sugar in a jar.
Cool the mixture into the fridge.
Put one teaspoon of the mixture and one teaspoon of lime juice into the glass.
Prepare an espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
Fill the glass with crushed ice and carefully pour the espresso on top.
Make it look pretty with lime peel and a colourful straw.
